I think it's very important for us as a brand to begin giving back to the community but problem is, I'm not exactly sure how to go about it.
I took it to instagram and got some great feed back from a few of my good friends @simplycurvee and @kennethcarrmoore1982. They suggested a scholarship for felons and enrichment programs on credit and financial literacy to the youth. I think these are both great ideas as well as something that our communities need.
Defying the Odds Inc. is really fueled by my personal experiences. Providing a platform to not only express that, but to also actively make a change just makes it all more meaningful. What are your thoughts/ideas on how we can begin moving forward with these ideas?
