Refund policy

Exchanges will be honored within 14 days of the item being delivered only if the item is returned unworn with tags attached.  In order to exchange an item, please email info@shopdto.com, and once authorized, you will receive the address to mail to.  We highly suggest using a shipping method that includes tracking.
